about

"Erased from Existence" explores cassette tape generation loss remixes of Go As DeatH's "Cross'd Out" album.
Each side of the original tape was copied 7 times to efface and obscure the original hate-speech and achieve a -holy erasure of the original material. When erasing the holy, can it be wholly erased? Can anything really be erased, or does the information just take a new form?
Tapes for this album are part of the Crossed-Out series on Domestic Surveillance Tapes. All tapes in the Crossed-Out series are made using recycled Christian cassettes.
